How do we as a society combat environmental injustices? As we speak to date, the Standing Rock Reservation is fighting to stop the transfer of oil up under their main water source (i.e. Missouri Rives) and residents of Flint Michigan still does not have access to clean water; they are still in crisis.
Do you know what reverse racism is? How has this term effected you personally?
What was the Age of Exploration and what was its lasting effects on the Indigenous populations of the Americas? Do up think that this past global event affects you in some shape or form?
Are you having “the conversation” with your child(ren)? If so, when did you start? If not, why not?

Why are we as a nation not inclusive and empathetic to the plight of the Latino community? When they ask for help why do we not listen and/or help?

There is a common theme that surfaces during the conversation of race. That theme being that racism is taught at home. If this is true then who bears the responsibility of addressing it? Home or the educational system?
