Conference: Shifting the Paradigm Back to Humanity "The Sacred"

Hosts, Allie Simmons and Elena Jimenez, will be hosting the 2nd annual Shifting the Paradigm Back to Humanity conference. The theme will focus on "The Sacred." Indigenous speakers will share, educate, and bring to light the beauty and struggles that face children in Indigenous, African American and Latino communities. 

This one day Speaker Conference is a call for Humanity to Realign with Purpose and Responsibility to our Children, One Another and Our World and will provide you with:

a. A unique opportunity to hear from diverse, indigenous speakers and understand how age old ideologies address current issues.

b. A space for meeting and collaborating with other progressives and people who want to change our world.

c. An educational experience in being woke and tapping into higher consciousness and inspiration for the next steps in the evolution of humanity as the real world undergoes its shift.

HEAR THE VOICES OF INDIGENOUS PERSPECTIVE
Dynamic and progressive speakers from the DC Metro area will present age old ideologies using their bold and revolutionary voices. Speakers gifted in addressing the qualities of humanity and our strength in intentionally connecting with one another, as well as the world and earth around us.

Speakers: Elena Jimenez, Gray Michael Parsons (Machupanga Tuscarora, NC), Aminah Ghaffar (Lumbee, NC) and Allie Simmons.

COLLABORATE IN ACTION
Be ready to engage, collaborate and discuss various ways to take action for change in a panel discussion, with Indigenous speakers. This will take place after the speakers have presented and a foundation has been laid to help facilitate an interactive dialogue. 

Registration will begin at 9:00 AM. Preregistration is required.
Food and vendors will be available at the conference.
