This virtual racial coaching session will be the initial meeting between the client and Allie (Racial Coach). The client will have the platform to share their intentions and purpose during the intake process. This includes goals, history, and the client’s expectations. The session will last between 30 to 60 minutes.

Dismantle Racism one Conversation at a time. Undoing Racism - Allie "The Conversation Starter" is a Social Change Entrepreneur and is here to assist businesses, non-profits, and educational systems to take bold 21st century steps towards dismantling racism in the workplace. Raw, honest and open Conversations held on a consistent basis are replacing yearly one and two day training's, which are 19th and 20th century tools to address racism in the workforce. Through conversation, participants are allowed to go at their own pace at addressing and discussing race and the the topics that accompany it, as Allie facilitates the discussions being held.
